The Odd Life of Timothy Green (2012) Review

Timothy Green (CJ Adams) comes to Cindy (Jennifer Garner) and Jim’s (Joel Edgerton) life after they bury a box containing the attributes of their ideal child. Timothy is that child.

This is a touching story on how a child changed the lives of everyone around him but mainly the Green’s, as they’ve always wanted a child of their own but could not conceive one.

But other than that, there wasn’t really anything special about the movie. It was just kind of average; this child appears out of no-where and makes an impact on the people he encounters and their lives will forever be changed by it, but obviously that can’t last.

Yea, I didn’t really get why this child was needed to change the Green’s life as they could have been good parents to begin with without ever having the experience of taking care of Timothy.

Oh wells.

I give this a 6/10.
